If you can grit your teeth and get past the fact that yes, this does have something to do with, ahem, The Telegraph, then you might just be in for a very interesting day out indeed. It was either this or telling you about a Michael Bublé tribute act with chicken and chips in a basket for £4 down our local. Which would probably be amusing for all the wrong reasons. Anyway, back to the travel show…
We basically can’t think of any better way of torturing ourselves in the cold, dark, months of the British winter, than a day out ogling over exotic, off-the-beaten-track destinations that cost more than our monthly pay packet to get to. But if, like us, you enjoy dreaming about all the places you’d go if you had the cash, then The Telegraph Adventure Travel Show is where you must head. Just slather yourself in sunscreen, spray a liberal dose of insect repellent, and pitch up in front of a stall displaying the wonders of Peru. That should see you through to summer.
