News: Stephen Fry To Star In The Globe Theatre’s Twelfth Night
Stephen Fry is set to tread the boards at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
Host of QI, man who made Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows almost bearable, and downright brilliant person, Stephen Fry, is set to tread the boards at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Stephen Fry will take to the stage as Malvolio in Twelfth Night from 22nd September - 14th October 2012 in the final production of the theatre’s ‘The Play’s The Thing’ season.
This will mark Stephen Fry’s Globe debut, in which he will join the likes of Samuel Barnett and Johnny Flynn – he of Johnny Flynn and The Sussex Wit folk band fame. Mark Rylance, of recent West End hit play, Jerusalem, will also be part of the stellar line up, as he gets dragged up as Olivia.
Tickets start at just £5 for standing and are on sale now through the Shakespeare’s Globe box office: 020 7401 9919 or online.
