The gizmos and gadgets worth getting excited about this month.

Zip Earphones, £12.99
It doesn't matter what you do; whether it's throw them in your bag, keep them in your pocket, or wrap them around your music player of choice, headphones will always get tangled up. Which is where the Zip Earphones might just come in. As super cute as they are functional, the clever zip design will not only keep them adjusted how you want them, but keep them from becoming a mess.

TicketCoaster, £6
Filled up your fridge door, pin board and any other available surface with tickets already? Got a shoebox overflowing? Sick of them becoming increasingly dog-eared as time goes on? If you're still lucky enough to go to events with real tickets and not just pesky printouts, you can now get them immortalised... as a coaster. You might want to take extra care when putting it in your pocket, though, it's displayed creases and all.

Roth AV SOF-a, £49.99
Let's face it, laptop speakers suck. Mobile phone ones are even worse. So if you're after sitting in comfort listening via either while avoiding the annoyance of cables spread everywhere, a Bluetooth-enabled speaker is probably a good idea. The SOF-a, as well as having a silly name, is compatible with your existing Bluetooth device, but also comes with an adapter to allow its use with older devices. And if that wasn't enough, it'll also work as a hands-free with your mobile, and charge it via USB.

Canon EOS M, £769
A new week, a new camera. The latest addition to the Canon family combines the creative control of a DSLR with the smaller size of a compact camera. In short, you can change lenses, but don't have to take a beast of a bag out with you for the privilege. This model boasts 18 megapixels, full HD video and impressive low-light capabilities, with touch-screen control, various auto settings and the ability to use the full range of Canon lenses with it, if you so wish. Pair it with the 22mm F2.0 'pancake' lens and marvel. Or just, you know, take photos of cupcakes and stuff.
