Weekly Fashion Fix: Christmas Jumpers Yeah, yeah, we get it - Christmas is coming and all that. We don’t know about you, but it’s the Christmas adverts that gave the game away for us. The only thing is, unlike every kid being beamed into our living rooms we’re not actually hankering after the latest games console. The only thing that’s going to make this Christmas bearable is a hideous Christmas jumper. Or two.

And boy have the shops done us proud this year. It’s Christmas jumper overload in fact. Before you get totally carried away on all the festive cheer just check out this little selection of festive jumpers bound to cheer up even the biggest Scrooge out there…

First up we have a vintage offering from Beyond Retro. This Classic 90s Christmas Cardigan is a steal at £24 and will look totally cute paired with a high-waisted skirt and slouchy tee on the big day. Be quick though – they’ve only got one of these. However, if you don’t get there in time, there’s no need to shed a tear as there are stacks more Christmas jumpers on the website, too.

Another fab vintage find comes in the form of this Cable Knit Christmas Jumper for £34 from Gigi Vintage. It’s another one-off, comes in a size 8-10 and was made in the 1970s. An absolute classic, and it’s our fave. Take a bow Gigi Vintage!

For a brand new but more paired-down offering, turn to trusty Topshop where you’ll find this Knitted Snowflake Cardi for £65. With its fluffy faux fur collar, it oozes effortless glam and is perfect for curling up on the sofa after chomping on too many mince pies.

If you’re after the true idiot factor, you can’t beat this ludicrous offering from CrimboFreaks at Amazon. Its £40 price tag will get you two goggly eyes, a red pom-pom nose and the promise this daft knit has been ‘seen on TV’. It’s kind of along the lines of a mug that says, ‘You don’t have to be mad to work here but it helps’. A guilty pleasure indeed.

Lastly, if a pom-pom nose is taking things just that little too far but you’re still desperate to wear a reindeer jumper (who isn’t?) then we refer you to this budget offering from Primark. It’s £15 and you’ll probably need sharp elbows to bag one – or be happy to snaffle one off the floor. Come on, we’ve all been there.
