Just before the release of The Whip's new album 'Wired Together' (out this week), we caught up with Bruce Carter from the band to get together a list of Five Things We Bet You Didn't Know About The Whip. And here they are.

One

When we're on tour and eating catering, Fee eats her starter (soup or salad) after her main course. She's a back to front kind of girl.

Two

I'm massively in to both playing and watching football and we have a Whip football team. We got to the final of the last tournament that we played in and lost to the Pigeon Detectives. I also broke someone's thumb in meaty but fair challenge.

Three

Fee has a tattoo of a hi hat clamp (drum stuff) on her ankle.

Four

Nathan's nick name is 'Hotdog' and he actually has a pet dog who lives together in harmony with his other pet, a rabbit.

Five

We collectively like so many different types of music. Obviously we're massively in to electro but you'd be surprised what else. My first band sounded like Teenage Fanclub and the Byrds. Nath is bang in to prog rock and Fee's all time favourite is Stevie Wonder.

The Whip's new album 'Wired Together' is out now.
