Colours - Drip Haze
Here's a musical rule that I've discovered over the past year or so: if ex-Test Icicle and current Warm Brains musician and producer Rory Atwell has recorded the track I'm about to listen to, I will like it. It's been a loyal servant to me so far, and continues to be with Colours' 'Drip Haze'. Due to be released by their own Marshall Tellers Records as a 7" on 27th February, it's an all-consuming and wholly addictive combination of prog and pop. Oh, and not only did they get it recorded with Atwell, but they're mates with him too. It was always a winner.
