Ahead of the release of The Cabin in the Woods, co-writer and producer Joss Whedon is taking questions from fans for a special video interview.

If there's anything you want to ask the man who created Buffy, Angel and Firefly, and is directing The Avengers, now's the time. Comment below, and we'll submit the best of your questions to Lionsgate. They'll select the best and conduct the special 'Fans Questions' interview - anyone whose question gets answered by Whedon on camera will receive credit.

Whedon's highly anticipated The Cabin in the Woods has been handed to Lost and Cloverfield writer Drew Goddard for his directorial debut. With a pedigree like that, we're expecting something pretty special. In what looks like a haunted house horror with a unique spin, Whedon and Goddard are said to turn the genre inside out. An exciting cast includes Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams, Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford.
