Teaser of post-credits scene at the end of Captain America - spoilers in clip.

SPOILERS FOR CAPTAIN AMERICA'S FINAL SCENE IN IMAGE BELOW.

Marvel and Paramount have taken the extraordinary step of releasing the last 30 seconds of Captain America: The First Avenger online.

Proving once and for all that the film is an extended trailer for The Avengers, they have attached the final moments of Captain America to a teaser for the post-credits scene, a mini-trailer for The Avengers itself. Read our review of Captain America here.

So if you've yet to see Captain America (in cinemas today) skip to 0:33 below. Consider yourselves warned for SPOILERS in the first 30 seconds.

What follows is an exciting teaser for Joss Whedon's The Avengers, featuring Marvel's greatest superheros - Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and newcomer Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner). Oh, and Chris Evans' Captain America, of course.

The Avengers hits cinemas 4th May 2012. Yahoo! have the official teaser trailer for The Avengers teaser below, but once again, be reminded that the first 30 seconds contain the final scene of Captain America.
