A host of new images have been released from Prometheus.

Along with fresh looks at stars Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba and Logan Marshall-Green, we get the first look at co-stars Sean Harris and Rafe Spall.

Ridley Scott's hugely anticipated new sci-fi is set in the same universe as his seminal classic Alien, and can be viewed as a quasi-prequel. Here's the official synopsis:

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.
