Adam Shankman (Hairspray) brings the story to the big screen, with all the unashamed cheesiness intact. Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta are the talented all singing and all dancing newcomers, but it's the big names we'll relish.

Against the soundtrack of classic '80s tunes, Tom Cruise will play rock star Stacee Jaxx, with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Malin Akerman, Bryan Cranston, Paul Giamatti and Mary J. Blige joining in the fun.
