Marina & The Diamonds Ben & Jerry’s Sundae On The Common will be hosting its fifth event over the weekend of 25th - 26th July at Clapham Common in London, and they're looking for unsigned bands to open the festival.

The Moo Sessions will see one band play to a crowd of up to 15,000 people. The prize includes travel and accommodation, plus 20 VIP tickets. If you want to take part, you just need to tell Ben & Jerry's what the key ingredients in your band are. Click here for more information, and to enter.

Vicky Willis, Ben & Jerry’s Sundae Girl, a.k.a. Brand Manager commented: "Ben & Jerry’s love music almost as much as we love ice cream, in fact, Phish Food was named after a Vermont-based band and Cherry Garcia was named in honour of the Grateful Dead’s Garcia. The key to making great ice cream is using the best ingredients, sourced in the nicest possible way. Great music often follows the same principle, so we’re looking for a band that likes to have fun, is passionate and will give the Sundae crowd a moovellous good time!"

The first few bands for the event have also been announced:

July
25 I am Kloot, Marina and the Diamonds, Tommy Reilly
26 Camera Obscura, Red Light Company, The Answering Machine

Tickets will go on sale soon.
