Blood Red Shoes Schedule New NY Gig

The band were set to play at DC9, now they'll call at Williamsburg Music Hall.

Blood Red Shoes "Due to our washington DC show being cancelled," Blood Red Shoes say on their website, "we’re playing an extra show in New York, Friday 22nd at Williamsburg Music Hall with a few other english bands."

The first show is the interesting bit though, as NME are reporting, "they [sic] owner of the venue they were set to play [DC9] was charged with second-degree murder."

Apparently one of the owners and a few employees have been accused of beating someone to death for throwing a rock through one of the club's windows.

There's a little more info on the DC9 website, where they're also appealing for donations to help pay for legal defense.
