The Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn has announced he will be heading out on a US tour early next year.He'll be playing in support of his forthcoming solo album, 'Clear Heart Full Eyes', due on 23rd January via Full Time Hobby in the UK and 24th January via Vagrant Records in the US.
