Friendly Fires pulled out of their appearance at the Australian Good Vibrations festival this weekend.

Friendly Fires pulled out of their appearance at the Australian Good Vibrations festival this weekend.The event, held on February 12-14, had already seen The Killers cancel. A statement from the band claimed a 'family emergency' caused the drop out:
"Unfortunately we have had to cancel our trip to Australia because of a family emergency within the band. Heartfelt apologies to anyone who was looking forward to our shows, we hope we’ll have the chance to come and play for you all very soon."
Friendly Fires were also due to support Gossip down under. Those dates have also been pulled.
