Frightened Rabbit Share ‘Pedestrian Verse’ Making Of Documentary
Film about new album available online now.
On what would probably be named 'Frightened Rabbit Day' had Scotland got its independence by now, the Caledonian ensemble have shared a behind-the-scenes documentary about the making of new album 'Pedestrian Verse', which was released today (read our review here).
The three-part film "discusses the writing and recording process involved as well as the musical influences for the album and writing on the road," and is available to view above.
“A lot of bitter drunkenness is in there,” singer and songwriter Scott Hutchison told DIY in our February issue, speaking of the new record. “I think a lot of people might have been expecting a large, positive pop record, but we’ve gone in the opposite direction – and I think it’s a better place for us.”
Frightened Rabbit recently released a film about their last tour, also produced by Hand Held Cine Club. They've also performed a session for us, which you can watch here.
