Record Store Day is turning up all kinds of special gems, and here's another one. Or eleven.Fucked Up like 7" singles. So much so they're not just releasing one on April 17th (for that is Record Store Day, don't you know?), but ELEVEN of them. OK, so it's eleven different versions of the same 7", but still.
Ten of the records will be dedicated to specific record stores across the US, and include three songs from Fucked Up's Daytrotter Session. The cover art is the special part here - the band picked the ten stores, who then sent the band pictures which were then used for the sleeves. They're like Pokemon - you gotta catch 'em all.
The ten stores are: Wax Trax in Denver, Waterloo in Austin, Spiral Scratch in Buffalo, Speakertree in Lynchburg, Lunchbox in Charlotte, Grimey's in Nashville, Generation in New York, Fingerprints in Long Beach, Disc Exchange in Knoxville, and CD Alley in Chapel Hill.
