Hotly-tipped Birmingham band Guillemots have been forced to cancel a scheduled instore appearance.

Guillemots Guillemots, one of 2006's widely-tipped new acts, have been forced to cancel a scheduled instore appearance.

The Birmingham band were due to perform at Nottingham's Fopp record store on Friday 31st March to promote the release of new single 'We're Here', but has been cancelled due to a band member's illness.

No details of a rescheduled date are yet known.
