Hot Club de Paris will play a show in their native Liverpool this Autumn. The date looks as though it will coincide with a new release: "Come October, we’ll be releasing a CD compilation of our two EPs that we released this year ('With Days Like This As Cheap As Chewing Gum, Why Would Anyone Want To Work?' and 'The Rise And Inevitable Fall Of The High School Suicide Cluster Band') in Europe," they explained on their site earlier this year. "This looks like it might mean a trans-Euro jaunt, which just so happens to be our favourite kind of jaunt. Anyway, you’ll be kept totally posted."
Details of the show, and a few others they have planned, are as follows:
SEPTEMBER
4 Proud Galleries London
26 Split Festival Sunderland
OCTOBER
2 Joseph's Well Leeds
9 O2 Academy2 Liverpool
Tickets will go on general sale on 28th August.
