Lily Allen has changed the name of her new album, which was finished last month (September '08) and is set for release on 9th February next year (2009). It was originally entitled 'Stuck On The Naughty Step', but according to the Daily Mirror (via NME.com) will now be released as 'It's Not Me It's You'.It may be a little way off yet, but in her blog Lily has told fans not to fear as "there will be bits and bobs flying around before then, I'm shooting a video (for viral release) in the next couple of weeks, to keep you entertained."
