The first handful of bands has been announced for this September's Offset Festival.The event, which will take place from the 4th - 5th September at Hainault Forest Country Park, will have New York's Liquid Liquid playing their second ever UK date, Telepathe, Cluster, These New Puritans, Rolo Tomassi, Male Bonding and O. Children all appearing.
