Little Green Cars Confirm Debut Album Details

The Dublin five-piece recorded the album with producer Markus Dravs, who’s previously worked with the likes of Arcade Fire.

Little Green Cars have confirmed details for their debut album, 'Absolute Zero', due for release on 13th May through Island / Glassnote Records. The release is preceded by EP 'Harper Lee' on 4th March, the video for which you can watch below.

"This record constantly jumps between two contrasting perspectives: the beauty of a reckless youth and the fear and confusion caused by our ever-pending adulthood," lead-singer Stevie Appleby says of the full-length.

"It's a hopeful and naïve look at love and life in general but also deals with isolation, unrequited love and madness. We wanted to express both a feeling of strength and vulnerability, so the work had to encompass both the light and dark."

They'll be heading out on a UK tour in support of the release, kicking off with a date at London's Hoxton Hall on 26th February. They've also gigs in Manchester and Bristol; here are the details:
