Benga, one third of dustup DJ group Magnetic Man, has spoken out about turning his back on dubstep. In a recent interview with NME, the DJ talked about his perceived "artists of his generation" which included his own group, Skrillex and Mumford And Sons. Benga also went on to disclose his current opinion on dubstep. Despite being a founder of the genre and previously saying that dubstep is the music of the current generation, he states his view has now changed; "I believe now that certain artists are the future. I don't want to be a part of dubstep anymore."
Magnetic Man are currently working on their second album, where they hope to have more ambitious goals of collaborating with a host of artists. On their debut album, they convinced R&B singer John Legend to provide vocals on 'Getting Nowhere' and it has since been rumoured that the trio are looking to get Eminem to work with them on a track this time around.
