MIA Reveals UK ‘Paper Planes’ Release

Following massive success in the US, MIA is set to give 'Paper Planes' a single release in the UK.

M.I.A. Following massive success in the US, MIA is set to give 'Paper Planes' a single release in the UK.

What seems like forever since it was quite literally all over every blog on the internet, an inclusion in the trailer (that's trailer, not film - Ed) for 'Pineapple Express' turned the track into an overnight mainstream 'smash' on the other side of the pond.

The track, which samples 'Straight To Hell' by The Clash, has since been covered by Rihanna. That we have to hear.

The UK release is due on October 13, to be followed by an expanded reissue of 'Kala', the album it's taken from. Because you would, wouldn't you?
