Noah And The Whale Two men who handled stolen equipment, taken from Noah & The Whale, have been sentenced.

Joseph Breeze and his nephew Harold Breeze helped transport and store musical instruments stolen following a Manchester show in September 2009, including a Fender Telecaster and Gibson Les Paul Gold Top Deluxe.

The judge at Manchester's Minishull Street Crown Court ruled neither man was involved in the initial theft. However, both parties pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods. Joseph Breeze was jailed for four years, following an unrelated charge of section 47 assault, while Harold Breeze was given a 12 month suspended sentence.
