Biffy Clyro Queens Of The Stone Age brought a greatest hits set to Reading Festival, but found themselves upstaged by Simon Neil's barnet.

Playing before Guns 'N Roses, the band opened with 'Feel Good Hit Of The Summer', and threw in 'The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret', 'No One Knows' and 'Go With The Flow' for good measure.

Frontman Josh Homme declared his adoration for the festival, exclaiming: "I love this festival so goddamn much, look at it. It's fucking perfect."

Beforehand, though, Biffy Clyro stole the show, not with their show, but with frontman Simon Neil's new hair. With bleached beard and locks, and sporting tight neon pink trousers, he even managed to trend on Twitter. Captain Birdseye goes Nu Rave would be a good estimation.

Queens Of The Stone Age played:

'Feel Good Hit Of The Summer'
'The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret'
'3s & 7s'
'Sick Sick Sick'
'Misfit Love'
'Burn The Witch'
'Little Sister'
'I Think I Lost My Headache'
'Go With The Flow'
'No One Knows'
'A Song For The Dead'
