The View At Reading Festival yesterday (Sunday 28th August), The View's Kieran Webster filled us in on the band's he'd seen so far - including what he thought of headliners The Strokes and Pulp.

"I saw a few bands yesterday [Saturday]," he told us. "I've seen The Strokes and Pulp, that was good. They were well good. I thought they were banging man."

Webster went on to say that it's to be expected that The Strokes might be taking it a bit easy these days: "They worked pretty fast at the start but then shit went a bit crazy again so they're just chilling out. They brought out a new album, and Julian's just brought out a solo album."

Check back for the full interview later in the week.
