Reading & Leeds 2011 Kicks Off: My Chemical Romance, Muse & More Play Today

Elbow, 30 Seconds To Mars, Interpol & The Horrors also appear across the two sites.

My Chemical Romance Reading & Leeds festivals kick off today with My Chemical Romance and Muse set to headline the two sites respectively.

Reading will also play host to 30 Seconds To Mars, Beady Eye, The Horrors, The Antlers, Tom Vek, Anna Calvi and Noah & The Whale, amongst others.

Leeds' bill includes Elbow, Interpol, Frank Turner, Death From Above 1979, Warpaint and Pete Doherty.

The two line ups will swap over, with today's Reading line up playing Leeds tomorrow, and the northern leg's bill moving south for Sunday.
