Florence and the Machine Isn't Florence a naughty girl, stealing parts of Gang Gang Dance's 'House Jam' for her super hit 'Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)'. Well, kind of.

Around the minute mark of the former sounds very much like the start of the latter. Almost bloody identical, in fact. So, when someone asked Miss Welch's people, they came clean - it was 'a mistake' they weren't credited in the first place.

Gang Gang Dance knew nothing of this until they heard the song themselves, and brought it to the attention of their publisher, Warp, who comment: "they (Florence's label) did acknowledge the infringement and said that they were aware of it."

Florence herself admits, "Yeah that's true, it's no secret. I've spoken about it in interviews before. I'm a massive fan of Gang Gang Dance and it was in homage to them."

Still, at least someone will be in for a bit of pocket change from all those bleedin' adverts now!
