Radiohead Thom Yorke has made a new remix available in celebration of Barack Obama's election win.
The Radiohead singer has uploaded a new version of 'Harrowdown Hill', taken from solo album 'The Eraser'.

Writing on Dead Air Space via Radiohead.com Thom wrote:

"in celebration of nov 5th
jonnys burthday
amid bonfire and fireworks in the UK
and the dawn of a new era in politics in the USA
i humbly donate a remix of harrowdown hill that was finished ages ago during the band webcasts,
a small reminder of the dark days of Bush's....
x"

You would never believe he's a songwriter would you? Either way Happy Birthday to Johnny Greenwood and hurray for Barack Obama. Thom Yorke fans can download 'Harrowdown Hill' from Radiohead.com now.

Of course Thom Yorke isn't the only one releasing a song in celebration of Barack Obama. Nas, Will.I.Am and Bruce Springsteen are all uploading material as we speak.

Keith from We Are Scientists told NME: "It's like Christmas for adults."

Indeed.
