They'll be playing a couple of shows together this October.

Thom Yorke Recruits RHCP’s Flea For Live Band Thom Yorke has recruited a new live band consisting of Red Hot Chili Peppers' bassist Flea, Joey Waronker, Mauro Refosco and producer Nigel Godrich.

"In the past couple of weeks I've been getting a band together for fun to play the 'Eraser' stuff live and the new songs etc... to see if it could work!" Thom posted on his blog.

The group will be playing a couple of shows together in LA at the start of October (details below): "We don't really have a name and the set will not be very long," he continues. "We haven't got that much material yet!

They may not have had time to produce many new tracks together, but they have had time to pose for a photo, which you can see top right.
