Pavement are on a mission to make sure absolutely everyone who wants to see their comeback gets a chance. Six months of touring across four continents is a start, and now they're to appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.Even better, the band has started a contest to join them on the telly. Fans can submit a video of themselves playing a Pavement ditty on guitar. The winner will take to the.. err.. set with them.
Full details of the contest are here. Make sure you play an Approved Pavement Song, though. We'll assume all others are Officially Unproved and are up to claim by wonky post 2000 Pavement revivalist acts. Form an orderly queue.
