Weezer Weezer are well on their way to recovering from frontman Rivers' December bus crash, and have announced the long-rumoured deluxe version of their album 'Pinkerton' will be out "before or by Spring."

They also have an 'Odds And Ends' album due out at the same time, both records are just waiting for "details like sequencing and finishing up the packaging etc."

"Rivers' recovery has gone very well," they add in their blog. "The T-Mobile contest show is now looming. Rivers has been given a clean bill of health and feels up for the show, so off we shall go to Florida, for the one and only remaining Raditude show before Spring/Summer '10."

A second 'Raditude' single will also be released shortly, and rather intriguingly "the band was in the studio in recent days working on Weezifying a cover tune for an upcoming major motion picture soundtrack, which shall remain nameless for now."
