Netflix Original Series, Hemlock Grove, will be available for members to watch in its entirety from April 19th 2013 it has been announced.

The 13 part series will debut concurrently in all territories that have Netflix, thus we in the UK will be able to see the show at the same time as the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Latin America, Brazil and Scandinavia.

Hemlock Grove comes from acclaimed horror director Eli Roth (Hostel), who is on board as executive producer and directs the first episode. Based on the novel of the same name by Brian McGreevy it stars Famke Janssen (X-Men), Bill Skarsgård (Simon & The Oaks), Landon Liboiron (Terra Nova) and Dougary Scott (Mission Impossible II).

Chief Content Officer at Netflix, Ted Sarandos said, “Hemlock Grove is unlike anything else in its genre. It’s sexy, gripping, emotional and twisted, and we’re certain viewers are going to be captivated by its intensity.”

The series revolves around the eccentric residents of a dilapidated former Pennsylvania steel town and the murder of 17-year-old Brooke Bluebell. Through the investigation, the town’s seamier side is exposed, revealing that nothing is what it seems.

Check out the trailer below. We think it looks promising and reminds us a little of the much missed cult classic, American Gothic. If it's half the show that was then we're sold!

Hemlock Grove is available on Netflix from April 19th 2013.
