This scratchy, bhangra like, chaos clocks in at 79 seconds, but this is all that is needed to provide evidence for Micachu & The Shape’s eccentric and entirely unique approach to music. Over almost as soon as it starts, the pained guitar and the homely feel to 'Lips' give it an experimental edge that is certainly abundant in much of Micachu & The Shapes’ work. The vocals mirror this musical style, so much for pitch correction. Indeed the lack of studio gleam to this is a refreshing change to the norm. Micachu & The Shapes are bizarre, yet brilliant.
